The ambiance of the hotel was simply exquisite. The charming decorations and tranquil surroundings made me feel like I was staying in a secluded paradise. The common areas were easily accessible for senior people, with well-maintained pathways and ramps in place. It was such a joy to explore the beautiful gardens and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea.
The only thing that I would have asked for to make my vacation even better as a senior person is if the children working there could have been a bit more attentive and helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful decor of the hotel, with its charming and cozy ambiance. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space to relax and unwind. As a senior, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, as it had ramps and elevators in place to make it easier for me to navigate. It was reassuring to know that the hotel was considerate of the needs of older guests like myself.
The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people would be to have clearer signage throughout the property. Sometimes it was a bit confusing to find my way around, and the younger staff members, though very helpful and friendly, were not always readily available to assist.

My stay at Ambong Pool Villas - Private Pool was absolutely incredible. The villa was stunning, private, and comfortable. The view of the jungle and sea was breathtaking. The staff, especially Lee, went above and beyond to make my stay luxurious and memorable. The food at the Rimba restaurant was top-notch. I can't wait to visit again!
Additionally, the walk up to the villa from the reception was steep and slippery in wet weather.

For the price we paid, our stay at Ambong Pool Villas - Private Pool was a steal! The room was absolutely gorgeous and the private pool was a dream come true. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the sea and close proximity to Cenang Mall and the beach. The staff treated us like family, making our stay even more memorable.
The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider variety of options.
